The Beckenbauer Golf Course does not pride itself on being a difficult course but nevertheless has enough opportunities to allow one to get a sense of achievement. Its many water hazards (lakes and flood channels) and hand mown greens give the Beckenbauer Golf Course its very distinctive character. One of the course's attractions is without a doubt its greens which are separated from the water by stone walls. The most outstanding fairways of the 80 hectare course can be found on the 9th and 18th, with their extensive bunkers and ponds leading up to the greens.
